My prezi goes blank when editing

I have been working on my prezi and now everytime I go to edit it goes blank and an exclamation mark surrounded by a circle comes up. It looks as though I lost my work, but I don’t think so because it is all there before I go to edit. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Hi, your content must have zoomed away. Please read the related article and step by step workaround and get back if you still need assistance:…

It goes completely white, I don’t even see the home bar. All I see is an exclamation mark surrounded by a circle. Before I hit edit, everything seems to be downloaded. Then that comes up and I can’t do anything on the screen. I have other prezis that I can go in and edit, so I’m not sure what is going on with this one. If you have any other suggestions that would be great. Thanks!

Can you please send over your prezi’s edit URL?

Here you go:… (edit)… (before edit)

I tried it again and thought it was going to work and then it went blank. Thanks for your help!

Hi Jennifer, you have lots of big images in your prezi and you have them on ever zoom level. This makes the prezis extremely slow. I have a MacBook Pro with 4 Gigs of RAM and still my browser froze when I wanted to open your prezi. I would suggest to open it on a very fast computer, wait until the entire content loads, and then group select and scale up the smallest parts and shrink the biggest ones. Also try to add less images/smaller ones.

Thank you so much for your suggestion! I was able to delete some pictures and resize images and that helped tremendously!
