No prezis visible once logged in...


I am experiencing the same problem everyone else seems to have this morning. I am a teacher and my students are having trouble accessing their Prezis. We are getting the same message.

Solutions that I have read are not feasible (trying Safari or Firefox). We cannot access other browsers at school… only IE version 8. We are patiently waiting for the correction! :smiley: Please hurry - - 8th grade students are not as patient as we’d like. :slight_smile:


Our developers have identified an issue that affects all our Internet Explorer 8 users. They are woking on the fix that should be released very soon. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for the great feedback and details. You helped a lot to identify this issue. I will let you know when the fix is out. Thanks for your patience!
